1.       Caravan is every Thursday at 8:30 am. The location rotates between several offices. The host/hostess for each office is to be a participating agent, not the Manager or Broker.

2.      Deadline for submitting a property for Virtual Caravan is Tuesday at 12:00.

Fax the MLS print-out to Wil Herring at (951) 653-4836 or email to caravan@mtgexperts.com . Please call Wil at (951) 653-4884 to confirm that your submission was received.

3.      There will be a maximum of 12 properties on Virtual Caravan, first come-first served. If you have more than 2 properties and the Caravan is full, you may be asked to remove the extra properties to allow others to participate.

4.      If you have a house on Caravan YOU must attend personally.

5.      Agents who wish to view the properties may do so on their own, following the meeting.
